Designing schedules for academic mentors with administration; Sending out daily reminders to 100+ families about tutoring and rescheduling student and mentor sessions; Serving inquiring and current families by greeting parents, answering questions, managing paperwork, answering email and phones; Organizing all mentor resources and office supplies; Conducting initial interviews for potential mentors.

Instructing Sociology courses including: TEAMWORK, COLLABORATION, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION.- Developing content for weekly in-person class lectures, activities, and discussions- Implementing existing materials and requirements into current courses- Managing online weekly assignments and student inquiries- Grading online for undergraduate students
