Program administrator for five ACGME accredited and 2 NST fellowship programs; Core Clerkship, Advanced elective courses, and 9 Regularly Scheduled Series. Provide direction, leadership, and day to day management and continuity of the educational and departmental activities related to GME fellowship programs, core clerkship and advanced elective courses. Liaison between the GME office, program directors, HR, trainees, administrative and outside institutions. Manage the entire recruitment process, including virtual fairs, application review, interview scheduling, itinerary creation, evaluations, marketing materials, and interview logistics. Coordinate program events to include on and offboarding processes, meetings, and didactic sessions. Maintain MedHub and other data systems to create, track, and assess schedules and evaluations. Manage ACGME ADS annual updates. Manage materials and proctor exams for fellows’ In Training assessments and medical students’ clerkship final exams. Manage fellow and program faculty data for quarterly meetings and bi-annual CCC and PEC meetings. Gather, organize, and maintain program information and documents for accreditation and internal review consistent with the requirements of the ACGME, the specialty RRC, and Graduate Medical Education. Stay informed of all relevant policies and procedures related to ACGME-accredited and NST programs, LCME medical student courses, and RSSCME conferences. Prepare and submit reports to GME, the American Academy of Neurology, the AMA, and other professional organizations as required. Create and update the fellowship SharePoint and websites. Prepare and distribute brochures, invitations, and advertisements for RSSCME conferences and lectures.
