This role taught me a lot about working with, and providing the right resources and support for neurodiverse adolescents. I also researched and created a document with definitions and guidance on how the school could better support students who are mentally vulnerable, and/or struggling with their mental health.My communication skills were greatly challenged in this role, as I had to adapt my behavior and speech in order to engage with the neurodiverse adolescents, as well as summarising key information.

Temporary Christmas Sales Assistant in the Marks and Spencer Café. This work built heavily on my communication skills as this was vitally important in maintaining customer satisfaction at a high level. This role also allowed me to work effectively within a team as my work reflected my entire department, so to support them and their reputation, I ensured my work was to the best possible standard. Finally, I showed myself as a committed worker due to the fact that a lot of my work relied on last minute shifts. These skills are ones that I continue to take with me throughout any working role.
