I pride myself on being able to resolve these issues while maintaining a good relationship between all three parties and it’s this aspect of the job I enjoy the most. Typically, a resolution requires me to review payments or time worked over a period of several months and explain the exact details in a simple way that all can understand. Although I joined with no legal expertise, I am now very familiar and comfortable dealing with contractual issues as they relate to staff placements and employment.
