I started my career at Sierra Bullets in an entry level position. My drive and natural curiosity led to an interest in a QC Inspector role, and eventually the Quality Lead position. From there, my love for detail, data, and the Sierra organization has continued to push me to be more effective and more efficient each day. My ultimate goal is to preserve the legacy of quality that Sierra Bullets was built upon, and continues to be known for, since its inception in 1947.
