HR/Payroll/Labor Compliance Specialist Manage the payroll and Human Resource needs of multi states, including:  Assist with the development of internal processes and procedures. Provide support in professional development, training and onboarding of new hires Provide support to management team with regard to performance management and employee relations matters Work within defined processes ensure all payments are successfully managed in a timely way (employee, third party and statutory) Coordinate and provide internal support for the company benefit packages Process Corporate Division, Prevailing wage and Union payrolls  Manage labor compliance for prevailing wage jobs (including, but not limited to; Fringe Benefit statements, Certified Payroll, CAC Training Funds reporting, Union Status Letters, DIR Payroll reporting, LCP Tracker, OCIP.) Manage union and state payroll audits and mitigate liquidated damage fees Maintain vacation/sick balances Maintain all payroll reports and GL accounts Calculate retro benefit payments. retro pay and temp rates Calculate taxes & benefits for manual checks Handle all payroll or HR escalated problems Coordinate with management for all terminations, and exit interviews Maintain employee Drug testing and DMV records  Maintain vacation/sick balances Maintain all personal information Maintain union files/fringe/dues/fees Resolve all payday issues via email, phone, faxes or in person Process employment verifications Issue W-2 and W-2C’s , W-9’s when required Handle new hires and new hire paper work Manage overpayment files and deductions Continuous interaction with Project Managers and Sales Managers to resolve issues  Manage the Worker's Compensation documentation an OSHA Logs Corporate reporting such as monthly head counts, training logs, ACA reporting, ETC.  Other Tasks that are asked by management Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.
