Author, speaker, teacher, leader, facilitator and coach, I am committed to igniting human potential through growing great leaders and teams. I am the co-author of three books: 'Mastering Meetings That Matter' (2023), 'Five Ways of Being' (2020) and 'Assessment for Teaching' 2nd edition (2017). I find it intrinsically rewarding and meaningful to work and learn with and from others in the service of making a contribution to a more humane, just and kind world. I have been fortunate to participate in and contribute to many international and national leadership conferences. Some of these experiences include: - coach and co-director of the UK-based Resilient Leadership In Action program for doctoral and post-doctoral fellows with Kings College, UCL, Imperial, Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham and Bath Universities (2023-2024)- keynote speaker at the Empowering Women on the Leadership Journey pre-conference, as well as a featured author and panel member at the uLead conference in Banff, Canada, April 2022. -project lead and co-facilitator of the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools and Grift Education Igniting Leadership Potential program (2022- current).- keynote speaker and co-presenter at the Five Ways of Being conferences and programs (ACEL, Sydney, June 2022; Masterclass & Symposium - Adelaide, September 2022; Middle Leaders Program - Northern Partnerships DECD SA, Sept 2022, Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools). - workshop presenter ICSEI (Glasgow, 2016; Stavanger 2019), International Congress of Thinking (Miami, 2017), ACEL National conference (2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2021)I provide high-level advice, and mentoring to leaders, Principals and teams across all educational sectors and sectors in Australia and internationally. I also work closely with leadership teams and leaders in leadership development through facilitating workshops, group coaching and mentoring. I am an Accredited Consultant for the UK-based Resilient Leaders Elements™ program (the first and currently the only Australian). I lead the Australian Resilient Leaders Elements Office and am licensed to accredit other RLE consultants in Australia. The Resilient Leaders Elements Development Program™ delivers a measurable view of individual and collective growth in management and leadership confidence and capability across a cohort.I am currently part-time Director of Leadership and Human Potential at Wilderness School and Training Associate and Programs at Grift Education as well as a freelance leadership development consultant.
