Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager
CurrentManages complex Employee Benefit insurance accounts and serves as the client day-to-day contact. Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned clients. Act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers. Manage client renewals and negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients. Lead client meetings regarding renewal and utilization results. Engage clients, where appropriate, with internal USI Technical Resources. Educate, advise and aid clients on all Compliance topics. Develop employee communications for renewal changes, enrollment procedures, and miscellaneous benefit changes. Conduct on-site meetings with clients communicating and administering benefit plan changes. Providing excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client need and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
