Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate for the many opportunities afforded me in expanding my legal skills. I possess extensive knowledge and experience in handling complex commercial litigation, civil, construction, commercial foreclosure, admiralty and maritime, and appellate cases, with a strong focus on trial preparation, discovery, and document production. I am fully knoweldgeable of the rules and procedures of both Florida state and federal courts. In my current position as Litigation Manager, I work alongside attorneys during all phases of the litigation process, from the initiation of a case to the discovery period, through trial and post-trial findings and appeals. I have also been tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that our attorneys and legal assistants are up to date on procedural requirements and rule changes affecting Florida courts. In addition, I also act as a liasion between the attorneys and legal assistants and assist with implementing policy and changes to procedure.
