The Resorts Division went from 3 separate hotel entities to one centralized sales team. My role as Associate Director of Sales was to lend support for the corporate VP of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Sales to achieve optimal results with the sales team, hotel's objectives, and client relationships. Additional sales responsibilities included managing key accounts for our other two properties, Hotel Irvine and The Resort at Pelican Hill. Through Covid, when our other two hotels suspended service, The Resort at Pelican Hill became home for the sales team and we actively represented the iconic Five-Star resort- perched on over 500 acres in Newport Coast with Italian-inspired architecture and Pacific Ocean views. The product included 332 guestroom - 204 being Bungalows and 128 stunning Villas, as well as 2 on-site Tom Fazio, designed golf courses.

Directly assisted the oversight of sales and marketing operations in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing including the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives.
