Developed capital structure strategy, including dividend policy and size of share repurchase program. Planned first year of $3,000,000 stock repurchase program. Designed equity derivative strategy, including pre-paid contracts to hedge-deferred compensation exposure.  Contributed to $3Bn initial public offering of Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG).  Maintained debt rating agency relationships, including annual presentation of financial position and capacity.  Received Chairman’s Award for work on PBG IPO.
