I am a senior people business partner / people lead with over 20 years experience in a career marked by agility and embracing change, specifically within a fast paced, high growth and dynamic business environment. I have a track record of successes in senior people roles, latterly within a business that has grown 0-4000+ people in 9 years.Commercially astute and also creative, my role has been to synergise business and people strategies to deliver optimal partnerships for business growth and success. I have a demonstrated ability to influence and advise on a wide range of ER and HC projects in the business’s best interests whilst maintaining compliance.
