Lead Application Specialist for 73 of 84 casino management system installs and upgradesTest functionality on new versions of Machine Accounting, EZPay, and server based systems. This includes service packs, hot fixes, configure and troubleshoot application for upgrades, installs, and provide pre/post support. Perform gap analysis on function and reporting as well as IGT training manuals. Review and update user guides, training manuals, customer documents and handbooks Customize and teach technical courses for internal and external customers on site and online. Perform site surveys: understand customer’s business, streamline processes, and integrate system. Coordinate travel schedule and logistics for a team of 6-20 members; hotel, car, flights, and to ensure all training materials are turned into the project manager.Develop/foster respectful relationships with property from front-line casino personnel to CEOs. I have been a mentor to over ten employees. This would involve being a professional role model, providing guidance for the Mentee to achieve their professional and personal goals.

A Technical Trainer Four leads, prepares and conducts technical training courses on-site or in a classroom at IGT department or customer location. Conducts technical training courses and provides consultation at customer site during and after installation/upgrade, Is present at all installations and upgrades, works with installation team to understand customer operations and systems modules to be installed on site walks through system configuration and master set up, provides ongoing initial set up support at customer site for the go live period, provides post-installation customer training support, and travels ~70-80% of the time to customer sites.Systems trainers’ subject matter knowledge varies according to module trained e.g. accounting, floor operations, marketing.

Responsible for the slot accounting for over 1400 machines. Daily reconciling of the cage operations such as jackpots, soft count and cashier paperwork. This also included being up to date and understand the NGCB and property regulations. I coordinated field trials for bonusing, ticketing, and the slot accounting system for the NGCB on behalf of Fiesta Casino. Transformed data generated by accounting and various operational systems into actionable information that helped inform decisions that change the way the property operates, and generating actuate financial information. Reviewed and consolidates information to prepare standard daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and operating reports. Count Room Clerk: was responsible for dropping bill validators from the slot machines, accurately counts the funds from Table Games, Slots, Kiosks, and Food & Beverage
