The Regional Director – Professional Services is a senior management position responsible for leading, managing and directing a regionally based Implementation organization in delivering Dispensing solutions to our customers. This leadership role has ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction and project execution for all customers located within a defined region. The regional team will work collaboratively with other regionally based functions (sales, support etc.,) to ensure a consistent and quality customer experience while also collaborating with regionally based implementation and National Operations peer groups to drive consistent execution and efficient use of resources across the business.

The BD Implementation Department manages, plans and coordinates the implementation of the Medication Management Solutions. I lead and manage across the BD matrix organization with direct responsibility for professional and clinical project teams responsible for Pyxis product and software installation, workflow, system design and configuration tasks. Account management and consultative sales for acute care hospitals and primary care facilities across southern Kansas (Wichita), Missouri (Springfiled to St. Louis) and Southern Illinois. Responsible for the entire BD Medical portfolio of products including IV catheters, IV access devices, Prefilled saline/heparin syringes, core and safety hypodermics, sharps disposal, surgical blades and anesthesia trays. Collaboration with distribution partners, Supply Chain Management, clinical education, infection prevention, risk management, nurse administration, nurse management, and physicians, surgeons, and anesthesiologists.Awarded for significant achievement in sales. Regional trainer and infusion therapy team lead.

Management of the BD preanalytical solutions portfolio of products (blood and urine collection)servicing the acute care hospital market and primary care customers in the state of Kansas & western Missouri. Collaboration with distribution partners, supply chain, clinical education, infection control, risk management, nurse administration, and physicians, surgeons, and anesthesiologists.
