Managing a group of 47 freshmen engineering students as well as a leadership team of 21 alongside 4 other executive board members. Leading weekly general body meetings, leadership meetings, and executive board meetings within the organization to oversee event planning and organization operations. Led a team of 6 sophomores to create 12 recruitment events in the span of 2 months for incoming freshmen to attend, increasing application numbers by 25%.Organized a ListServ to promote the organization and its recruitment events, as well as coordinated the organization’s recruitment tabling at the University of Florida.

Served on the Internal Affairs committee to organize events with a team that stimulates the intermingling of over 40 freshmen, creating connections within the organization.Worked with a team to plan 8 complex events over 2 semesters, such as a Murder Mystery surprise event for over 40 freshmen.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cost-effective and sustainable modifications to pre existing broken latrine systems, improving overall hygiene and usability for students- Preparing comprehensive documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure the long-term effectiveness of the improved latrine systems.

•Led a comprehensive overhaul of the aerosol disposal process across the entire mill, transitioning from a hazardous waste puncture station to a streamlined Universal Waste bin system, improving waste management efficiency by 40%, resulting in a reduction of hazardous waste handling time and costs.•Located, calibrated and optimized 17 conductivity meters throughout the mill’s process water sewer system, streamlining the identification of high loading sources into the wastewater treatment plant, enhancing the ability to trace and address issues contributing to elevated loads.•Evaluated the existing Spirac screw system used for plastic filtration in wastewater, identifying key areas for enhancement in efficiency and effectiveness.•Conducted a thorough review of the mill’s Title V Air Permit by creating a spreadsheet to analyze all stipulations and the mill's compliance methods to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Acted as a teacher for 2 to 10-year-old children, training them in many different styles of gymnastics; watched each student and took charge of weekly classes, working with 4-10 kids per class ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
