Utilizing agile leadership skills, I adeptly directed and supervised individuals, projects, and initiatives spanning inclusive diversity and equity, leadership development, community outreach, and volunteer management. I crafted a comprehensive learning and development strategy encompassing all DEI-related subjects across the entire enterprise, while also spearheading leadership programs to cultivate internal talent. Additionally, I curated content and conducted training sessions at various organizational levels. My work scope also included consultancy services to over 25 DEI councils, the Allstate Family of Companies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across all areas of responsibility.• Collaborated, supported, and contributed significantly to the formulation of comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leadership training strategies across various business areas and the broader family of companies, serving as the lead consultant on educational initiatives. Conducted the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment and implemented Inclusive Leadership training. These initiatives have impacted hundreds of leaders, including several vice presidents.• Curated leadership development content for a DEI micro-credential for access across the enterprise. The content encompassed a wide array of critical topics such as trust, psychological safety, culture, inclusive leadership, intercultural competence, difficult conversations, and addressing bias within the talent life cycle. The primary goal was to leverage e-learning and virtual instructor-led courses in a blended approach to nurture and empower champions across the business, enhancing their cultural acumen, and developing subject-matter experts throughout the enterprise. These experts are primed to lead transformative change and serve on business area DEI councils.

I curated and delivered comprehensive DEI-related curriculum across the entire enterprise, concurrently leading leadership initiatives aimed at nurturing internal talent within Employee Resource Groups. My responsibilities extended to providing consultancy services to more than 25 DEI councils within the Allstate Family of Companies, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams across diverse areas of responsibility. I systematically compiled crucial metrics and data utilizing surveys and metrics from the Learning Management System (LMS), thereby contributing to our overarching DEI scorecard. Moreover, I served as a pivotal liaison between DEI and learning and development functions. Additionally, I conducted regular evaluations and updates of content as needed, augmenting resources through the creation of supplementary job aids and follow-up materials.

Bringing forth a wealth of 15 years in management coupled with 5 years of marketing expertise, I transitioned into the education sector to empower and guide individuals in their career progression at Esurance, a subsidiary of Allstate. Employing innovative and contemporary training methodologies, I fostered an inclusive learning environment conducive to the holistic growth of every participant. In this capacity, I facilitated comprehensive Sales and Service training sessions for both in-person and remote new hire classes, offering valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
