I supervise the Digital Commons team at Kennesaw State University. I provide guidance to faculty and student researchers regarding copyright, pre-prints, and upload of their published works to the collection that best support their goals.I provide space for non-traditional work and creative works for the KSU community so the wide breadth of output at KSU is displayed to interested parties.I provide best practices guidance and technical support to our journals and conferences, helping our industry experts become publishing experts.I work to increase dissemination of undergraduate work so students can receive lasting value for their hard work in the classroom. I develop and deliver training, technical support, and hands-on collection creation and management.I support Library events, especially the Open Access Week and Open Education Week events as I deeply believe in the power of open access to revolutionize knowledge. I was the in-house editor for the Surgical Outcomes Center for Kids (SOCKs) team; I coordinated editing and submission of research articles to multiple journals, refined presentations for internal and external talks, including national podium talks, and was involved in creating important communication. I also mentored several undergraduate and medical students in conducting research and the editing/submission process.

I worked in the Neurosurgery subset of the Surgical Outcome Center for Kids program (SOCKs) and am responsible for maintaining records of research data from surgeries for international multi-center studies and quality control purposes.I also managed various non-neurosurgery studies. Over the next three months, I learned their process and create a ninety-page manual detailing it, trained two new coworkers and maintained my worker's comp workload. Going forward, I have worked solely in Outpatient Pharmacy, where I am responsible fro billing internal studies, auditing insurance and patient A/R and posted payments, and following up on existing claims.
