• Drafted, managed and executed a $38M Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) to implement resiliency and efficiency at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) buildings through lighting savings, HVAC controls, and retro-commissioning efforts.• Articulated and communicated between project team and private contractors the tasking, milestones, and deadlines for project completion.• Worked with internal and external representatives to develop and implement energy-related programs.• Budget development each fiscal year for Station Support tracking of FRCSW utilities, off-site utilities, and contract payments.• Developed and delivered energy consumption and budget tracking reports directly to Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and FRCSW Executive Leadership Team.• Engaged with facility managers, private contractors and commanders to curate and develop Energy Savings Performance Contracts that demonstrate reduction in total energy intensity across FRCSW facilities.• Managed and tailored the FRCSW Building Energy Monitor program to identify and eliminate energy waste through education, outreach and awareness with our installation employees.• Analyzed and charted utility usage data in each FRCSW building and compiled monthly energy reports charting percent reduction, utility cost and energy consumption rates.• Performed energy audits in buildings to establish if they were operating efficiently and in compliance with Executive Orders.• Assisted with all Environmental Media programs when necessary that included Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Storm Water, Pollution Prevention, Energy and Water Conservation, Spill Prevention, CERCLA, and Environmental Management System.
