Before joining Order.co in June 2022, I was an Associate Lead of Customer Service at 2K, a leading gaming company, for more than three years. There, I supervised and coached a team of customer service representatives, ensuring quality and efficiency of service delivery, and handled escalated cases and complaints with professionalism and empathy. I also contributed to the development and improvement of customer service policies, procedures, and training materials, based on customer feedback and data analysis. With over five years of experience in customer service, I have developed a passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
