Responsible for reaching Sales & Profit goals for Australia & New Zealand by setting a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience for Womenswear, Menswear & Home concepts. Through supporting the Area teams with coaching leadership, I ensure we have high performing Visual teams and a great team experience.Key responsibilities:• Setting a clear implementation strategy for Womenswear, Menswear & Home concepts together with Merchandising & Marketing within the local Business Unit• Planning the commercial and workload strategy for the Visual function & stores for campaigns & activities• Adaptation of global information to create locally relevant campaign implementation in Australia & New Zealand• Collaborating with the Sales Team to review the outcome of campaigns, activities and Visual implementation through commercial review• Planning and executing local initiatives and tests through Pilot stores & workshops• Following up the Visual level and ensuring it meets brand expectations together with the Area Visuals & setting actions to improve accordingly• Supporting the development of future talent in the Visual function through Store visits & support• Inspiring & motivating the wider team through Seasonal fashion information

- Assist Creative Director in developing high level event design concepts- Liaise with internal and external clients in pitching designs and collating the clients requirements - Manage multiple design projects from concept through execution- Develop design concepts that meet the business objectives and client brief- Establish creative direction for project designs such as:- Spring Racing Carnival in The Rails Event themes for large scale End of Year Celebrations in various venues- Event design for product launches- Generate supporting documentation for Event Proposals such as moodboards etc.- Assist Creative Director with strategies for design execution- Preparing and reconciling budgets for projects- Generate operation schedules for logistic teams- Provide quality control over concepts and projects during design period and onsite on event day
