As a stay-at-home mom who has recently embarked on a new chapter of pursuing higher education, I bring a unique perspective to the table. With a background in retail management, I have honed my skills in customer service, social media marketing, and event planning. I've excelled in various roles, from selling diamond rings to planning school carnivals. I am balancing my busy family life with four amazing teenagers, a part-time job, and my studies as I work towards earning my degree.My early career revolved around managing a jewelry store and launching electronics stores in new markets across Washington and Utah. After a pause to raise my children, I'm making strides in my family by pursuing one of the first secondary degrees. I've earned a certificate in social media marketing, and I'm on track to obtain both my associate's degree and a hospitality and tourism management certificate by December 2023. But I'm not stopping there - my future plans include earning a certificate in Marriage, Family, and Human Relations en route to my bachelor's degree in 2026, all while balancing a busy family life with four amazing teenagers and a part-time job. All this with the goal of eventually figuring out what I want to be when I grow up.My career growth has been driven by my passion for people and ability to adapt to changing environments.
