I am an Accounting Manager with over eighteen years of experience working in accounting and property management. I specialize in residential, commercial, and third-party management accounting. I have a Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and have completed several accounting classes in addition to my working experience. I worked on all aspects of property management accounting from daily tasks to organizing high level, multi-property analytic reports and analysis. I enjoy fostering a positive working environment for accountants to learn, grow, and succeed as a team, while providing ownership with a clear financial picture. I am well versed in various accounting procedures including annual financial statements, variance analysis, cash projections, multi-property budgets, and annual CAM reconciliations. I am also skilled in the use of various software including Adobe, Microsoft Office, Great Plains, and Yardi, which I have administrated for over a decade and overseen the implantation of numerous modules and improvements.
