-Conduct review of system design documents to develop a system training program aligned to system changes.-Develop and maintain the HPF training manuals to cover system enhancements related to each release and update the system foundational modules. Develop and support training and documentation for HPF, systems that integrate with HPF, or essential to Operations activities. It includes curriculum development and course materials (slides with system screen shots, thought exercises, system exercises, and talking points) and the training toolbox which includes training exercises and practice workbooks. The training will be developed to accommodate a live instructor-led course and will be designed with a train the trainer focus.-Lead and coordinate the design, development, coordination and delivery of the training modules for HBE primary account worker tools, such as the ticketing system, Customer Support Application (CSA) and Self- Service Utility (SSU).-Work closely with and supervise staff responsible for the development of business processes and assist with delivery of business processes, guidelines and standard operating procedure training to end user groups. Consistency of documentation at all levels of Operations to include Exchange policies, procedures down to front line staff guidelines.-Support the implementation of the LMS system, and the ongoing administration of the system.-Lead the LMS Governance group to ensure effective, optimal use of the system.

Numerous Search Dog Training Courses in a variety of Search Dog disciplines, in Washington, Alaska and worldwide, including Japan in 2019, 2023, 2024 and New Zealand in 2018.
