Cleaned, maintained vacation rental homes. I kept notes in detail about what needed to be done to maintain the houses for next guests for the maintenance guys to attend to. I was their "top to go to girl" for any issues they had with housekeeping.

I set up bar from scratch. I organized and set up the beverages, ice and anything i utilized for parties up to 150 people with little to no assistance having no problems. I managed to serve and maintain my wait line to a minimum. I would break down bar as well.

Bed and breakfast that has 12 bedrooms, a historical property, a known registered historical mansion that housed up to maybe 25 to 30 overnight guests. I had to start my day by cooking breakfast for the guests. I checked in and out departing and arriving guests. As well as flip the rooms in a timely manner in between normal house duties. I was the head bartender for the weddings, special events, and set up organized and worked the bar for primo events during my time of employment at the b&b. I worked 150+ weddings. From assisting with the bride to pinning flowers on the wedding party. Fixing the bride's dress before walking out to be married, giving cues, setting up 50+ no more than 200 people weddings. Assisting the catering crew, working with the catering crew as needed. There was office duties involved, answering the phones, returning any and all messages, check-in dates organized, assisting the guests with fun things to do in the area. Giving accurate directions to attraction facilities. Answering phones and using innpoints program to make reservations and block out any event or wedding to be held. At events I worked often with 2 banquet tables and I had to build a functioning bar from scratch. Break down in a timely manner. No help was given, all lifting and transporting was my responsibility. Of liquors, beer, wines, ice, tubs, coolers, mixers etc. I was responsible for cutting off intoxicated guests, problem solved and even used odd objects for bridesmaids last minute must haves as well as a men with no shoe laces to his rental shoes was solved by floral wire. I'm a independent worker. I work well alone or in small groups. Very well mannered and professional attitude. I'd assist the wedding planner wherever needed upon my availability during setting up and breaking down of my bar. I have awesome props on Travelocity, etc on my prior jobs there at the bed and breakfast.

i did interviews, the scheduling, training. I did inventory on the spirits. Organized weekly ongoing tournaments. Worked a full time schedule plus.

I was the main bartender. I did liquor inventory. Back up inventory. Stocked my beer. Changed my kegs. I was the door man at times as well. Hosted pool tourneys.
