● Maintaining excellent business practices and conduct professionalism with CNHA Members and Staff.● Daily communicating and collaborating with the Loan Fund Mgr and CNHA Members on projects, status updates, reports, functions, etc.● Attend and participate in training/meetings on CNHA Programs and Services.● Preparing, and reconciling accurate accounting on monthly loan statements, loan financial and billing statements.● Reconciling incoming/outgoing loan payments, tracking loan covenants, principal and interest calculations.● Conducting and summarizing financial analysis transactions on Clients' affordability and manageable financial goals.● Performing bank reconciliation for all financial institution accounts, including but not limited to checking & saving accounts, brokerage accounts, money market accounts, petty cash, and debit cards.● Assisting the Loan Fund Mgr and team with organizing events, seminars, and networking functions.● Preparing and submitting loan closing package(s) for review, approval, and signing.● Assisting and safeguarding with external Audits of financial and accounting reports.

● Preparing, reviewing and providing accurate accounting reports, financial and billing statements.● Reconciling general ledger balances to bank statements, supporting schedules, accounting journals, loan statements, leases, payroll registers, broker statements, trust company statements, treasury statements, accrual papers and other documents.● Summarizing daily transactions and entering date into the general ledger.● Performing bank reconciliation for each and all financial institution accounts, including and not limited to checking & saving accounts, brokerage accounts, money market accounts, petty cash, and debit cards.● Collect estimated income tax payment schedules and execute payments.● Reviewing & analyzing monthly sub-metering charges for (water/sewer/electricity/parking/etc.)● Assisting and safeguarding with external Audits of accounting records.

Escrow Associate● Preparing Settlement Statement and CD(Closing Disclosure) with Title & Escrow Fees.● Resolving Title Issues & Problems to provide our Clients with clear & insurable properties.● Reviewing & Executing Loan and Conveyance Documents before submitting packages to the Recording Department. Scheduling/Preparing Escrow Signings for Agents & Clients.● Coordinating & Responding to Clients, Realtors, Brokers & Lenders questions and concerns with Escrow transactions.● Entering New Sales/Refinance Purchase Orders into the Corporate Database daily for Escrow Officer(s).● Coordinating signings & meetings with Clients & mobile notaries.● Preparing/Disbursing Funds, Deposits, Receipts, Payoffs, Association Demands, and Closing Packages to associate parties to transactions.
