Develop relationships with existing clientele increasing revenue for branch. Supervise a staff while focusing on new growth for the branch. Ensuring all audits completed timely and correctly. Ensure all documentation is finished and accurate. Working with staff to make sure they are able to meet and achieve all goals set. Handle all operations of the branch from SOX to P&L ensuring that the branch is profitable and in compliance. Increasing year over year revenue growth. Oversee all recruitment activities for exempt/non-exempt open positions, processes for screening applicants, qualifying applicants and ensure our customer hiring requirements are met.
