Ensures that information systems are kept current and aligns with strategic direction and business objectives. Maximizing values and productivity from new and developing business tools and system. Manage implementation for projects with new service offerings in scope and assist Project Manager with Global Phase 1, 2, 3 clinical trials (Cogstate Battery, Scale Tests, or Both). Prepares, reviews, and coordinates, under guidance, local Regulatory Submissions (MoH, EC, additional special national local applications if applicable, e.g. gen therapy approvals, viral safety dossiers, import license) in alignment with international submission strategy for central and local IRB’s. Communicates with internal functional departments to ensure various site start-up activities are aligned with Regulatory Submissions activities and mutually agreed upon timelines; ensures alignment of Regulatory Submission process for sites and study are aligned to the critical path for site activation.Provides project-specific local SIA services and coordination of these projects, while achieving PPD’s target cycle times for the sites, and defines data collection methods based on project protocol aims for all Regulatory Submissions.
