Since April 2021, I have transitioned full time to the team of Engineering Project Management, concentrating on regulatory and luxury coach applications.Main responsibilities include:- Budget and financial planning and evaluation on a monthly basis - Weekly steering facilitation with global, cross-functional teams- Milestone planning and timeline creationfor projects ranging from $5 million to $125 million.- Issue and risk evaluation- Monthly and Quality Gate upper-level management reporting and presentations- Fall 2021 spot-bonus awardee for significant contribution and rapid ramp-up on a time-critical project to strategic and financial decision making.From Feb 2020 to May 2021, I held a tertiary role as a customer risk manager, stemming from an internal BHAG target (Big Hairy Audacious Goal). Primary responsibilities:- Idea generation and process creation internal to Engineering.- Issue resolution and responsibility delegation on any customer-related events leading up to all product launches. - Cross-functional reporting on a monthly and as requested basis for the overall status of issues and major timelines milestones - 2020 Spot Bonus awardee for significant contribution to the company, nominated by director-level management
