- Engaged multiple major organizations on streamlining the on-boarding of 90+ interns in summer of 2020, during COVID19. - Prepared and presented briefing on Diversity/Inclusion Charter to the ALC leadership including the Commander, Vice Director, Vice Commander& Installation Vice Commander along with the 5 Group Commanders, while providing the charter and battle rhythm for 7800+ employees.- ALC/EN Volunteer for D&I council member, expanded to role of Secretariat reporting to ALC/CC/CV on development of D&I charter, working with ALC/OM, AFGE and senior management to establish roles/responsibilities and battle rhythm of communications meetings.- Flawless execution of headquarter level tasks in support of the WR-ALC, over 7600 personnel, influencing ALC/EN to ensure Group level on-time, total technical resolution to ALC responses.

Supported existing sales staff on Wide Format sales, including qualifying, generating, quoting, pricing &closing of opportunities.

- Designed ongoing marketing promotions for youth products & services; including media buying. Created & completed content for the ongoing youth publications, radio advertisements, & billboards. - Organized the credit union’s youth scholarship program including ongoing payouts, & the annual scholarship program. - Developed & implemented a strategy for Robins Federal Credit Union’s youth initiatives such as the MyMoney MyWay, My Stash, & Rockin’ Robins promotions.
