Passionately working to make training, education and leadership more Human-Centred.In 1997 I founded Classroom Connections to help our education and training system work better for the people they serve. Initially we created and distributed award winning, interactive educational resources to schools and community groups across Canada. From 2010 to 2020 we developed and ran alternative education and training programs within First Nations communities, with shocking success. Based on our success, we created Change it Up Professional Development to share our approach and thus increase the impact of people who facilitate, train, educate and lead. Change It Up (CiU) PD trains facilitators and leaders to adopt a Human-Centred approach to working with others.
