This online, interactive course teaches and models hands-on techniques, strategies and methods that can be used immediately. From setting the stage for learning, to creating safe and brave spaces for growth, the CiU P.D. will help participants take a strength-based, holistic, and trauma-aware approach in their work - no matter the experience level or the specific content taught.

The PD runs in small group, interactive sessions via Zoom (2.5 hrs. X 4 sessions), with additional self-paced learning modules (10 hrs.). These hours can be used as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in many Professional accreditation programs.
