Female staff feel empowered and HR and line managers feel confident to act on any menopause issue.
Following my own personal experience, I left my 20 year legal career and started my own training company to raise awareness of menopause.
During menopause, women can experience physical, psychological, emotions and social symptoms. All of which have an impact on a women's home and work life. 1 in 10 women leave their jobs and the big question is, if workplace support was in place and everyone understood what menopause is and why it happens, what would that number be?
