I advise and advocate on behalf of clean energy companies, environmental nonprofits, and public agencies seeking to facilitate the rapid deployment of clean energy projects and to decarbonize all sectors of our economy.I also frequently assist cities and local agencies in land use and election law matters, and advise on transparency and ethics laws, public contracting, development applications, and the adoption of fees and taxes. I have long represented environmental and community groups and agricultural interests before local governments and in the courts to protect open space, working farms, and public health across California.
