About Heather Morrill

Hi I’m Heather! I am currently seeking a full time remote position to utilize my strengths in customer service, claim investigations, appeals, as well as my extensive knowledge of health insurance. I am the type of person who always puts myself in the customers position and ask myself, how would I like to be treated in this situation and what is the best way to get a resolution. I enjoy investigating in-depth issues and getting resolution for my customer/clients. I’m always happy to share my knowledge to educate clients along with helping my coworkers grow as well. Im also eager to learn new tactics that will “wow” customer/clients. I believe, it takes “every customer, every day, in every way” to get positive results. And when your out come is not positive, using it as an opportunity for growth and learning.I also have an extensive customer service background with of 30 years in different areas. Having so many different experiences in customer service has taught me to be a active listener and let the customer know that you emphasize with their situation, regardless of what it is. I have also learned how to read people in in these situations. In my current job search, I am looking for a work environment that feels like family, where you I’m encouraged to ask questions and to collaborate with others. I believe when you spend as much time as we do dedicating ourselves to our jobs, we should have warm and welcoming work environment.
