For my University placement year I have recently began a Junior Trainee Management position with Baxterstorey at Rio Tinto and The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. A wide range of operational and assistant management roles within the restaurant and hospitality positions.Engaging in training several new members of staff within their operational roles. I worked closely with a Sales and Marketing Team whilst developing my knowledge of customer interaction, depth of knowledge of event planning, and unique features of such an exclusive London Venue.

I was promoted to ambassador position through recommendation by my colleagues. My role included signing in staff, checking uniform standards, directing lost staff to a new venue, leading and training staff on location for all manner of roles such as set up, dinner service, clearing and guest relations. Also integral to my role is to be a point of contact for all staff and client issues, to be able to find solutions to problems, and to provide event and staff feedback.

Building a network of private events to host and manage based on recommendation and reputation in my Local area.
