In my current role, I support the development and execution of mediaproduction and operations projects, overseeing all aspects from scopedefinition to requirements gathering, project tracking, and reporting. Idevise comprehensive project plans, including identifying key stakeholders,assigning responsibilities, and creating baseline schedules to ensurealignment and clarity. By collaborating with cross-functional departments,including Video Operations, Video Engineering, NFT, Customer Care, ServiceManagement, and Product Owners, I establish effective work breakdownstructures. I present regular project updates and reports to seniorleadership and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, risks,and mitigation strategies.

In this position, I steered a dynamic team in supervising all logisticaloperations for Discovery's linear and non-linear programming acrossinternational markets. I spearheaded projects from inception throughcompletion, effectively managing daily workflows and processes.

Directed the end-to-end program editing process acrossall brands within the Discovery Networks International portfolio, ensuringalignment with network quality and creative standards. I collaboratedclosely with regional clients to assess their editorial and creativerequirements, recommending high-quality, cost-effective solutions.Additionally, I maintained scheduling, billing, and workload managementsystems by accurately entering source media, session details, and editinginstructions to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Responsible for managing Digital Media and Encoding projects for Discovery’snon-linear platforms. Define project parameters, conduct asset research, processplaylists, and coordinate all required editing work with Post Scheduling.

Facilitate the movement of media through the production, post-production, and broadcast workflows; as well as fulfill requests for media for internal and external usage.

Responsible for tape and media transfers including: clones, standards conversions, clip reel assembly, digital file encoding, and audio duplication.

Production of a 5 minute video about the Chesapeake Bay's ecosystem for the Terra Link exhibitTransfer/duplicate VHS and Betacam footage to DVD for the Terra Link and Space Link archives.
