Designed and communicated all space usage strategies for Men’s clothing departments across all Target stores nationally, resulting in optimized sales through effective use of inventory allocation and presentation. In this role I was able to work with store fixture to create a new Men’s in-store merchandise presentation on backwalls.

As a Sr. Analyst I worked on more cross-functional projects including marketing and merchandising teams to ensure store presentations were optimized for signing and merchandise locations. This resulted in both a sales boots and a more streamlined approach to store signing.
