I've been fortunate that my work over the last 20 years requires me to use and hone the skills I enjoy doing most: training people to master a new skill, researching best practices, and active listening. As an evaluator, I helped nonprofits fine tune their programs so the communities they served get the best of the best. As a consultant I developed training programs to improve employee communication so their good work could truly be heard and make maximum impact. I trained over 1,000 students to speak with clarity and confidence. Through one-on-one coaching I helped clients up-level their finances, communication, joy, career, and home life.
