Heather Pace is the Program Officer for HEROES, Inc., a non-profit that benefits the families of fallen police officers and firefighters in the Washington, D.C. Region. Heather joined HEROES 20 years ago as a volunteer and later as Administrative Coordinator. In 2015 she was promoted to Program Officer. She manages the HEROES Scholarship Program working closely with the recipients and colleges. She also oversees all administrative aspects of the organization. She previously served as Executive Assistant to the late Washington Parking magnate and civic leader, Bud Doggett. She resides in Laurel, Maryland with her husband Frank and son Frankie.
