As an Executive Assistant, my duties included:• Provide high-level executive support for the Senior Executive Service Officer.• Provide high-level administrative support, including secretarial support, to achieve business outcomes, including but not limited to:• Diary management using Microsoft outlook• Travel bookings, in line with ATO Travel policy and procedures,• Preparing associated papers and information for meeting the Assistant Commissioner is required to attend• File management• Telephone and visitor reception • Managing the flow of, and auctioning of email correspondence and documents• Providing secretariat support for forums and meeting• Reconciliation of Credit Card statements, cab charges and travel documentation.
