The primary function of this position is to ensure project and Company strategies, policies,quality control, regulations and professional standards are achieved within designated schedule,time frames and budget.Key responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor activities and tasks throughout the business- Manage and coordinate supplier, trade and services requests- Updating and maintaining records- Book all flights and accommodation for management and staff- Answering the phones, forwarding calls and taking messages- Managing the mail and arranging catering- Organizing the mail and arranging couriers- Data entry and general administration for the office- Meeting, greeting clients and building relationships internally and externally- Filing and archiving documents- Assisting with Event Coordination- Supporting the team with any ad hoc duties as required- Document preparation including printing, laminating and scanning- Monitoring and ordering office stationary and supplies
