I have worked with children and families in Washington State for more than ten years. I have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the special needs of children in foster care. I feel passionate about continuing to support caregivers and professionals in the work they do to care for our states most vulnerable children. Part of my core values include an understanding of how trauma impacts child development, and how important healthy attachment and consistent support are to buffer and heal the effects of childhood trauma.
