At Wigan I contact fans of the club, determined by reports from the companies CRM system to promote available offers on tickets for upcoming matches and events. In 2013 the telesales team achieved our highest sales of seasonal memberships.I am involved in direct sales campaigns to promote the club and rugby league in the area. I am able to quickly build relationships over the phone to encourage sales and have a strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport.I also assist the marketing team in the preparations for match days and have recently been involved in photographing the community foundation during a rugby camp.
