Following my completion of the Level 2 Strength and Conditioning course, I have been working with the Wigan Warriors Scholarship team, assisting the strength and conditioning coach in developing and working with the young players, with a view to them furthering their playing careers.This is an incredibly rewarding role, working with young players, in an elite environment, and helping to develop them both mentally and physically, in a sport that they're hoping to make a career out of.

Having been involved in triathlon since 2008 and having worked in a coaching role since 2015, I have extensive knowledge of the sport of triathlon and coaching, which I have used to help athletes across a very broad demographic to achieve their goals of completing and racing at many levels, from novice to GB AG and across all race distances from sprint distance triathlon up to and including Ironman.Since my graduation from the British Triathlon Level 3 High Performing Coach Program I have been fascinated with sports psychology and what a huge role it plays in both coach and athlete development as well as in the role of coaching athletes. I endeavour to take a holistic approach to coaching and to coach with empathy and humility in order to connect with athletes and to develop a coach-athlete relationship that's built on trust and rapport.I specialize in bespoke training plans for individual clients in triathlon as well as it's individual disciplines. I also provide a coaching and training consultancy service.

We’re responsible for providing network transmission paths for British, European and Worldwide business circuits for the I.P. Engineering and Voice Engineering teams, as well as planning for larger telecoms projects and network build / expansion, maintenance and fault finding and fault rectification on the Transmission networks.As part of our responsibilities for the network management of two National DWDM networks. I am highly experienced with both Infinera and Huawei DWDM optical technologies, along with the management / maintenance of a National Ericsson SDH network, as well as being responsible for providing our company Field Engineers with tasks on the networks as well as the implementation of network expansions and overseeing maintenance of the optical and SDH networks. I work together with a design team to co-ordinate the rollout of new networks and technologies as they are purchased by the company and providing support to other elements of Network Engineering and Operations. Including IP Engineers, Voice Engineers, as well as 2nd line support for the NOC Engineers and Field Engineers, as well as carrying out various out of hours network activities, in line with the company’s Change Management Process.

Providing network transmission paths for European and Worldwide business circuits and support to the switch engineers and network Management Engineers., as well as planning for larger telecoms projects and network build / expansion.

Provisioning circuits for various customer requirements, from 64k channels to STM4 and STM16 links. Fault finding and assisting the NMC with various faults.

Installing various telecommunications equipment, commissioning the equipment and connecting back to the Network Element Managers in the NMC. Mainly Marconi SDH, SMA and MSH86 products and Nortel TN16X and Optera

Responsible for the provision of DC power supply cables to various military telecommunications installations, maintaining generator operability while on operations both in the UK and in operational theatre overseas. Whilst serving overseas I was mainly used as a specialist driver for senior military officers and staff.

Production of highly detailed drawings as per the Architects instructions. Also responsible for producing drawings for feasibility studies and presentations.
