Extensive combined experience Hazardous Waste Industry Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights). Forklift experience. 05-16-23 Fire extinguisher trained. 12-19-22, 12-2019 Trained & Certified in Department Of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Create, verify, and print shipping documents including manifests, land bans. Enter inbound material tracking data (inbound drum Vans/ Tankers) into waste tracking system. Review inbound manifest paperwork for compliance and notifies if any discrepancies. Compile data from operating records, review for errors and determine corrections in accordance with policies and procedures. Reconcile and/or resolve errors, provide daily movement and inventory reports for waste preparation prior to appropriate personnel and locations. On scheduled basis key-in physical inventory and review for errors. Complete a variety of summery reports pertaining to inventory reconciliation and create misc. reports as needed. Run Certificate of Destruction (COD) reports and mail out to customers. (EPA) waste codes, manifesting & (LDR) Knowledge of RCRA requirements/ Regulations. Knowledge of the Haz Waste industry, customer interaction, regulatory knowledge, and scheduling of assets. Chemical, Safety, and Technical knowledge necessary. Knowledge of internal and external disposal facilities and transporters is necessary labels. Knowledge of TSCA (PCBs) provides EPA with authority require. Ability to QC/QA Manifesting and Entry of sensitive precise information for State and Government legal document & regulations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics. Transportation Approval's Coordinator Hazardous Waste Run morning report of loads, print WIP to generate approval documents for Approvals chemist to sign off on, then entry of all information for the load to be downloaded to be received. Email conformation when completed. Email request if missing information. Fax location foreign and domestic to resolve issues.
