Personnel Manager• Responsibilities: contracting and managing all musicians, production and operations management, crisis and conflict resolution, performance and event logistics, facilitating communications, maintaining detailed and up-to-date rosters, managing performance budget.• Lead organizational and collaborative liaison between musicians, music director, Board of Directors and audience members, ensuring that strategies, working conditions, communications, creative visions and audience desires are in alignment.• Manage all HR related matters, including organizing travel, pay, housing for employees, recruiting new musicians, and maintaining employment policies.• Served as a member of the Conductor Search Committee in 2013, advising management, identifying qualified candidates and reviewing their trial performances alongside senior board members.

Private instruction to over 200 students ranging in age from 3-60 and from a beginning to an advanced level. Development of some small, short-term, original group programs for more advanced students.• Educate a wide age range of students about violin playing, musicianship, music history, performance, story-telling and attention to expressive, creative and technical detail.• Coach students in preparation for competition, auditions and performance opportunities and prepare them for the next stages in their creative lives.• Perform in educational and outreach settings for school string programs.

• Conducted field research in the start-up stage for a Senior Producer in order to assist in building a new production strategy for the Google News Department.• Attended and participated in strategic programming meetings with senior leaders.• Edited short sample news segments for internal usage.• Used social media to harness potential viewer interest and to encourage and empower viewers to generate programmable content samples.
