Heather Pressley is the CEO and founder of The Root Collaborative, LLC, a company that offers school success coaching to families and students through collaboration and customization. With over 25 years of experience in various forms of education, Heather has a PhD in Urban Education, an EdM in Teaching and Learning, and a BA in English, History, and Women's Studies. Heather's core competencies include curriculum design, student support, equity and inclusion, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, and community engagement. She is also an expert in education consulting, student advocacy, and girl empowerment.
