Town planner and eternal optimist! With 25 years post-qualification experience, mainly focused on strategic spatial planning, master planning and development matters for strategic sites, new settlements and long term growth strategies. I act for both private and public sector client interests, providing strategic planning advice and heading implementation teams on large scale development projects.Specialties: Over the last two decades I have provided specialist town planning and development advice on a variety of brownfield and greenfield sites, formulating redevelopment strategies and co-ordinating complex planning application submissions. More recently I have headed up long term growth studies and analysis for the public sector as well as research projects for PAS/LGA.
