Led 1,500 personnel in the largest group on base supporting 6,000 military personnel and family members. Provided management and leadership for security of $48M in assets; civil engineer functions for base maintenance and up keep of $4.2B infrastructure; logistics for movement of in and outbound personnel; communications support for critical command and control infrastructures; and force support missions for feeding, lodging, physical fitness with morale, welfare, and recreation functions, in addition to manpower, military, and civilian personnel functions.

Overhauled career development framework practices and procedures by instituting diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging training and concepts; established equitable assessment practices which boosted minority promotion rates. Collaborated with USAF Senior Executive offices to overhaul enlisted hiring and relocation actions. Leveraged existing policy to avoid workforce reduction/retraining shortfall.
