As the strength and conditioning coach I am responsible for developing student athletes in the weight room, dry-land plymetrics, cardio, and core work. Through implementation of drills, weights and multi plane work the athletes gained speed, agility, flexibility and overall strength.Teaching the athletes proper lifting technique and overall carriage of their body doing different dry- land workouts was a goal to prevent injuries in the water and out.
